The cleanliness of my Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was excellent. It felt like staying in a brand-new suite. The indoor pool was well maintained and surprisingly accessible with a lift chair, perfect for everyone to enjoy. I loved that the breakfast area had multiple seating arrangements

local dining suggestions. Our King Room was clean and comfortable, providing a restful retreat after a long day. The pool was enjoyable, but it could use more towels. The breakfast area can get crowded, requiring patience at peak times.

I encountered multiple issues, the room had a musty smell, and the furniture was covered in dust. I also found torn lamp shades, non-working plugs, and a dirty washcloth in the shower. Additionally, the pool area lacked towels, and housekeeping knocked and opened the door at 9:15 AM, disturbing my entire group. Managing chaos at the hotel entrances and unmonitored doors created further inconvenience.

i had a great experience at fairfield inn during my stay. the hotel was clean and bright, and the breakfast was just right for my tastes. the staff was very welcoming, making it a delightful summer getaway in ashland.

there were no extra towels at the pool.

Just a strong match for a holiday in Cannonsburg with great value for money. The coffee was actually hot during breakfast, which was nice. Bring a sweater if you feel cold easily in public areas.

Had a great time with friends! The indoor pool was a fun spot to unwind after a day exploring Armco Park and hitting the nearby KYOVA Tri-State Mall. Breakfast was solid with good options. The staff was friendly and welcoming, helping with anything we needed during our stay.

One downside was that our room's telephone didn't work, which made communicating a bit tricky.

I had a delightful stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Ashland. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds extremely comfortable. I especially appreciated the variety of breakfast options, including delicious hot items and fresh fruits. The staff members were remarkably courteous and attentive.
